Hairline stainless steel features a surface marked by fine, continuous, parallel lines running in the same direction. This finish gives the material an elegant, uniform and contemporary appearance, with virtually no reflections, distinguishing it from mirror-polished finishes.
The regularity of the surface pattern makes this finish particularly suitable for cladding, furnishings, lifts, panelling and architectural elements designed to remain visible.

The Silver Hairline finish retains the natural colour of stainless steel, enhancing it with a fine, uniform linear texture. The long longitudinal lines visually run across the surface, creating a clean, understated and refined appearance.
The finish is also available with a Glossy or Matt anti-fingerprint treatment, to meet different aesthetic requirements and make frequently used surfaces easier to maintain.

Both are brushed, directional finishes, but they produce a different visual effect. The Hairline finish is characterised by generally longer, finer and more continuous lines, creating a particularly well-defined linear pattern.
A satin finish, on the other hand, has a more diffuse texture and a more matt appearance. The choice depends on the aesthetic effect required for the project.
The Hairline finish is directional: the lines are parallel and follow a precise orientation. The Vibration finish, by contrast, is non-directional and consists of overlapping marks distributed in multiple directions.
